      We work with clients ranging from private individuals to small businesses, to nationwide corporations and government agencies. No job is too small or too big!

    • How can I get free service quote?

      To obtain accurate estimate, please provide us with manufacturer and model of each item and quantity, SKU numbers (if available). Web links or pictures will work as well. IKEA customers please make a list with article numbers for each item and quantity or you can scan and email us your shopping list or receipt.

      Please provide us with as much information as possible, i.e. where item(s) were purchased, product names/brands, IKEA article #, UPC #, or SKU #. The more information you can provide us, the better we can provide you with an accurate, fair & competitive quote. Also please let us know if you would like us to perform any other task.

       

    • How can I prepare for an appointment?

      Prior to your appointment, please place all items in the room or area where you want us them installed or assembled. Clear the area to allow maximum and adequate space for assembly or installation

    • How does your pricing costs work?

      We provide flat-rate pricing “per-item” and hourly rating ass well, based on our time, location, and complexity of the product.

    • Are disassembly and assembly services needed?

      VIP Assembly disassemble home and office furniture, exercise equipment and more. If you are looking for moving, relocating, or remodeling, we offer moving service as well.

       

    • What if my item is missing parts or some of the parts are warped or broken?

      Oftentimes, VIP Assembly’s expert technicians can find a way around this sort of problem. Many parts are easily replaceable, or there is a quick fix. However, if the part that is missing or broken is too significant for us to replace or work around, we will help you to get in touch with the manufacturer to obtain a replacement.

       

    • Does VIP Assembly work with all types of furniture / equipment?

      Absolutely! Our technicians are trained to work with every type of furniture and equipment. If you not sure what exact brand name for your item, it shouldn’t be a problem for our team!

       

    • What is Flatpack or ready-to-assemble furniture?

      Ready-to-assemble or flatpack furniture comes in a box or package, split into multiple pieces. The multiple pieces fit together to form your furniture such as a dining table, chairs, bed, sofa or even a treadmill.

       

    • What is your warranty policy?

      We guarantee and provide a 60-day warranty on all workmanship (we are not responsible for product defects). Payment made by customer in full is necessary to activate our service warranty. Furniture must not have been moved from original location for door alignment warranty. Further, we provide 90 days labor warranty given on Kitchen Cabinet Installation or large contract jobs. We are not responsible for product defects.

       

      Is there a minimum order for assembly and installation services ?

      $150 is our minimum order amount per service call.
